25.01.2022 Some things I learnt on this trip ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ How much I enjoy & appreciate simple living.. I realised (although I do live quite basic, I dont even have a remote for my TV let alone a smart one at that ) that I dont need 70% of the stuff I have at home!! Even what I used to think I needed in terms of work tools, Ive now simplified & if anything my clients are getting more out of their sessions by me being grounded \ allowing Mother Natures ...energy to flow through to us & amplify the energy I am truly my HAPPIEST when Im in nature ~ sleeping, eating, playing, working, bathing I can do long drives To follow the first niggling feeling of my intuition instead of waiting till it screams at me I still love winging it, the excitement & freedom of making it up as I go along Im more comfortable now more than ever in my body, Ive learnt to embrace the new changes Make several different Spotify playlists before I hit the road How INCREDIBLY MAGICAL this country is & the deeper appreciation I have for it at my age now! 21.01.2022 Ive always been fascinated by nature since I was a young girl especially rocks. I remember spending hrs walking through the bush looking closely at the formations of different rocks & the beautiful foliage of the leaves. Nature really is so nourishing for me, I feel like Im in a whole different world being held with the comforting sense of security to be my complete authentic self. I feel she has so many stories to tell that can teach us so much about life. 02.01.2022 I love this So often we play it safe in our friendships and relationships, with our family members - even with acquaintances and colleagues... Steering away f...rom those tougher convos, or revealing our deeper thoughts. Its like weve forgotten the art of communication and creating mental and emotional intimacy... Too scared to rock the boat, addicted to people pleasing, scared of confrontation or just unable to express what our true needs are. Scared that someone may reject our more vulnerable side, so we try to hide or defend our inner wounds... Afraid of our own rawness... What a wonderful world we would live in, if everyone just felt safe to truly reveal themselves? Letting go of all the stories that have been causing us to want to hide... And learning to create those safe spaces, and in deeper trust with others
