Pain is a terrible thing to live with and at Aligned Myotherapy we truly do understand this. We have a special interest in chronic pain an...d helping people understand and move through this. RESTORE. It is fantastic to be able to help our clients with pain but we also need to understand the issue behind it. We will work with you to problem solve and work out the disfunction within the body. This may come from looking at how your body moves, technique when doing certain things like working out in the gym, how you sleep and many more.
