10.01.2022 If your UGGS have been a constant for you over the last couple of weeks you may need to think about whats happening with the muscles in your feet! Many movements in Pilates encourage you to use your feet as they should be used and will help with balance and alignment of knees and hips. If this is something of interest to you I encourage you to give Pilates a try.

03.01.2022 Preparing to go back to Face to Face teaching very soon. As restrictions for class numbers have relaxed a little more I can now run a regular (SOCIAL DISTANCED) class again. I'm really looking forward to seeing everyones smiling faces and I'm sure you guys will be glad to see each other too!
