21.01.2022 SPINAL CORD INJURY AWARENESS WEEK EVENT LOCATION: Grill’d, Subiaco Square, Subiaco from 11am Friday 11th September During Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Week, spinal injury organisations around Australia will be working together to raise awareness of the daily lives of people who have a spinal cord injury; challenging perceptions of what it means to have a spinal cord injury as well as highlighting what we can all do to prevent one.... @SpinalWA.org

11.01.2022 CONTAINERS FOR CHANGE You can now support a worthy cause AND a circular economy by donating eligible drink containers at two Shenton Park locations as part ...of WA’s new Containers for Change scheme. Take your eligible drink containers direct to the depot at Paraquad Industries in Shenton Park which is run by Return-It WA for the 10c refund, or donate your containers at the West Metro Recycling Centre who will pass on the proceeds to Paraquad Industries on your behalf. Penny Taylor - Subiaco Mayor encourages all locals to make use of these drop off points to, not only help create a more sustainable economy, but also to support a very worthy cause.
