All those feelings and thoughts are totally normal. We are humans. The present moment can be a period of fear and despair or a period of deep spiritual transformation. Those points (Aka bars) of energy are link with aspects of our life and store the energetic charges of our thoughts, ideas, attitudes, beliefs and emotions that we have picked up during any lifetime.
