13.01.2022 #Fridaybracestips Are you keeping your braces clean? o Keeping them clean by brushing your teeth, braces and gums at least twice a day... o Floss daily with ‘SuperFloss’ o Maintain your regular dental check-up appointments Are you careful with what you eat? o Try to avoid biting directly into hard foods which may cause harm to your teeth and braces. o Cut up harder foods into small pieces and chew with your back teeth o Following consumption of high sugar content, brush and rinse your teeth thoroughly If something breaks, please contact us to schedule an appointment for repair. However, if you are experiencing any discomfort, something sharp or rubbing you can use the orthodontic wax provided to offer temporary relief.
