13.01.2022 I want to take this moment in time to acknowledge all the women, around the globe who are living with issues effecting their reproductive systems, such as endometriosis, PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), fibroids, cysts and more So many women suffer from these issues which greatly effect their lives and general well being in so many ways. They can go through so much physical and emotional pain and turmoil, living with these issues. But what they go through isn't really comm...only talked about or achnowledged. Wow, these women are absolute warriors. I have met so many women who suffer with one or more of these issues, yet they still continue to smile and be positive. And they blow me away. Sure they have their down days and times, but they get back up on their feet and fight for their wellbeing and health. If you are a woman who isn't dealing with these issues so well, please don't feel bad about that. It's ok to feel completely crappy and down. But finding help and support so you don't stay there is vital and it's all out there for you!
