Because I am a pleaser and strive to make everyone around me happy, I often I forget to just take time out for myself, to focus on the little things that are important to me. 13.01.2022 To say things are a bit crazy here at the moment is an understatement Due to covid and the uncertainty of knowing if we will face another lock down in the future, I have decided to take on a casual 2 days a week job and then trying to work my dread work around that. It's a bit tricky but I'm getting there. I am trying to get back to everyone who has been messaging me however I am inundated with enquiries at the moment, so I apologise if I have missed getting back to you. 10.01.2022 Well that's a wrap everyone, another year at Ali's Dread Shed done and dusted. I just want to take this opportunity to say thank you to each and every one of you for all your support, I know this year was really shitty and towards the end there were so many of you who needed to get those covid dreads sorted (me included - thanks Hayley from #lunalockshop) but we got there eventually. It was a bloody hard slog with me working 7 days a week. As some of you know I started a new... part time job at Bunnings, so that, as well as trying to get through my long list of dread clients meant I was absolutely flat out but we got there. There will be a few changes in 2021 but I will update you all when I return from a bloody well deserved break, so keep an eye out for that. On that note from me and mine to you and yours, please have a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy new year

02.01.2022 So happy with the end result of these temporary dreads made by The Dread Shop. The beauty of temporary dreads is you can leave them in for as long as you like and then when you're ready to take them out you can and there is no damage to your hair. I asked Nicole what she thought the pros and cons were if these dreads, this was her reply: Lots of positive comments, very little irritation, easy to style, easy to remove, love having the option to have them in and being able to... remove them at any time.
