25.01.2022 Take the photo.. There’s probably a whole heap of screen shots, photos of 1000 miscellaneous objects from your kids walking around pressing the camera button, a few other 1000 of the kids doing cute things. A couple of some coffee art a few of your smashed avo but how many have you got of you? There was a time when I used to love taking a photo of myself not because I’m vein or I love myself but because I had the confidence to do it. ... Over the last few years of mothering I lost that confidence but I’m bringing it back. Go get some photos of you because who knows, maybe I ne day our kids are going to love a memory of their mum a photo of you smiling looking happy feeling confident. These photos aren’t to shine a light up your ass they are for you to embrace you! So share that selfie that you took before going out because we all know we probably have one and share it, print it and keep it. I remember seeing modelling photos of my nan from when she was in her twenties and they mesmerised me. Go take a selfie



24.01.2022 Hey I’m the personal trainer & Nutrition coach with a little bit of weird & my name is Alisha I became a PT nearly 10 years ago now I wanted to help gir...ls feel good. I knew what it was like to be overweight, feel like shit and I wanted to change the dialogue around health and fitness. I have studied nutrition psychology, pre and post natal health, pre natal nutrition, early childhood nutrition, menopausal health and exercise nutrition. I love testing skills and pushing boundaries, my passion is being your fan girl and getting you to believe in you. I have 2 babes and have had 4 pregnancies. My daughter is nearly 7 and my son is nearly 3. Motherhood taught me selflessness and now I’m learning to be selfish again. I enable and encourage women to switch on the ignition, to have a laugh and assist in developing healthier lifestyle choices and habits I make you fall in love with health My favourite exercise is a deadlift it makes me feel strong, I dislike running but will be doing more of what I don’t like this year here’s to a 5k by October Pet peeve is weight plates being put on a bar not in order.. there’s always one Favourite food is Mexican and my playlist consists of mainly indie/acoustic tunes. I’d rather get lost in a Forrest than sit at a beach. Currently reading @simonsinek it starts with why & @jamessmithpt not a life coach. My passions are mindset, exercise and nutrition in a workspace and outside of work I love to do craft projects. I honour the work I do and the awesome humans I get to work with. When you work with me you know there’s never a stupid question, you can fart when you do a squat and you can call me a f*#king bitch and I’ll love you even more. Leave your ego at the door and come and just be sweaty and smile #thisisme
