24.01.2022 This weeks brekky! Beef and veggie patties! Pretty proud of my efforts tonight. For those who don't know I'm not the best cook.. But I taste tested one and...amazing!! Since starting my new job I have been racing out the door grabbing the quickest thing I can find for brekky. This week I have planned to have 2 on my way to work everyday so I'm not stressing trying to make something with limited time before leaving the house. - 600gm beef - 1/2 grated sweet potato ... - 1 grated carrot - 1 chopped onion - 5 chopped Spanish leaves - 2 diced garlic cloves - 2 eggs - 2 table spoons of almond meal - 1 table spoon on mixed herbs - 1 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt - 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper All mixed together and separated into tennis ball sized patties. Cooked @ 240 degrees for 35 minutes! See more

22.01.2022 Chia pudding morning snacks sorted for the week so yum and super easy to make! - 3/4 cup chia seeds - 2 cups coconut milk blended with 2 table spoons with mixed berries, 1 table spoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. - stir flavoured coconut milk in with chia seeds until the seeds start to soak up the liquid. I separated this batch into 9 small containers. ... I added mixed nuts, seeds and shredded coconut at the bottom of container and slices banana and berries on top! See more

16.01.2022 I'm going through a chia seed pudding phase!! YUM! Banana - coconut - cinnamon - honey delight - 1/4 cup chia seeds - 1 cup of coconut milk mixed with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder & 1 teaspoon of honey. - Mix above ingredients together until chia seeds start soaking up the liquid. - Decorate with banana slices, shaved coconut and a bit of honey on top! #sogood
