22.01.2022 Left over pasta makes a delicious addition to another meal when baked with a little water on the bottom & some cheese on top- this one has ricotta, grana padano & tasty. Tonight I served this pasta bake with salad & steak. Remember, use organic, sustainable farming when you can; be creative with left overs to reduce waste; & enjoy your meals with the ones you love as often as you can. Happy eating! X

07.01.2022 Apples sliced or grated allowed to turn a little brown are great for loose stool & mild constipation. My kids all responded very well to apple pectins for digestive complaints. 01.01.2022 After walking on a warm windy Spring day this little guy had itchy, red & dry eyes. Cucumber works a treat in these situations!
