24.01.2022 Great news today with regional allowed to reopen on Friday At this stage Friday was already booked up, so next week are my soonest appointments. If you are booked this Friday and can no longer make it please let me know ASAP. ... To help the rebooking process if you have missed your appointment in the past few weeks and wish you rebook please send me a message with your time/day availability for the next week or 2. Alternatively if you have missed your appointment and your next pre booked appointment is only a week or 2 away and are just happy to wait till then let me know that to. I'll try to get back to everyone this afternoon and tomorrow. See you all soon!!

22.01.2022 I'll be taking an extra long weekend this coming labour day weekend and be closed from Friday 5th March and re-open Friday 12th March!! If anyone would like an appointment before then I have a couple of short appointment spots this coming Thursday 4th March. Next availability after that isn't until the week of 23rd March

21.01.2022 Very excited with today's news that beauty services will be able to resume later in the week What a change 1 week can make!! Please don't panic I'll be in touch with everyone who missed an appointment soon, last time it took me 3 days to get bookings all sorted so please be patient with me.... Also unfortunately facials can't be booked right now due to a mask having to be worn for the whole treatment.

17.01.2022 UPDATED TREATMENT MENU EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY I have made some changes to my treatment menu, please note there have been some slight price increases to waxing and nail services, thanks to COVID the cost of certain products have increased! EYELASH EXTENSIONS - I have removed eyelash extensions from my treatment menu, as some of you may know I haven't been taking new eyelash client's for around a year now as I was doing too many and it was causing me all sorts of physical pain f...or a long time. Making the decision to cut back has definitely helped therefore it will continue that way so I can keep myself in good shape to do this job for as long as possible! This doesn't effect my regular eyelash client's I will still be doing them for as long as I can physically manage. Prices for full classic set remain the same at $90, refills have slightly increased to $55. Also the rule still strictly applies that refills have to be performed with 4 weeks or it will be charged as a full set. EXTRACTION FACIAL - I now don't have a specific extraction facial, I have it as an add on treatment to any other facial for $10 and 15min of extra time. So please let me know when booking if you would like extractions performed so the extra time can be allocated. I've got a new facial to the menu which includes facial cupping!! I've always found facial cupping brilliant on myself so very excited to be able to offer it as a service now. I'll do a separate post about the benefits of cupping.

15.01.2022 Hi everyone, hope you are all keeping well through this 2nd lockdown! 1 week down hopefully only 5 more to go I've been in contact with clients that had bookings so far and everyone is well aware of the situation this time, so I won't worry about contacting each individual with a booking to come in this 6 week period anymore, just assume if you had a booking it's unfortunately cancelled ... 10.01.2022 CANCELLATION POLICY As we get closer to the busy lead up to Christmas I just want to remind everyone of my current cancellation policy starting immediately. First of all I just want to say that I'm extremely lucky to have an amazing clientele that respects my business and values my time and it's not often I need to implement fee's which is fantastic, so thankyou very much!... This year has been challenging in many ways for so many people, this year I've lost 4 months worth of income and had an additional 3 months significantly reduced due to restrictions on treatments that can be performed, hence why I'm tightening the rules coming into this busy period towards Christmas. From now a minimum 24 hrs notice must be given when cancelling appointments UNDER 90 MINUTES duration. And 48 hrs notice required for 90 MINUTE and LONGER appointments or 50% - 100% of the total service will be charged depending on the circumstances to be determined at my discretion. One more thing to note that I've had quite a few instances happening lately is I'm no longer tolerating clients coming to their appointment ON THE DAY and letting me know they no longer require all of the services they have booked for. It might only be a 15 min service and doesn't seem like it's that big of a deal but that's still time you have booked for, I've allowed for you and have now taken that spot away from someone else, not to mention the inconvenience to me also. From now on you will be required to pay for the full service you booked in for, if you have not given sufficient notice that it's no longer required. Thankyou for your understanding Alison

08.01.2022 Good morning everyone! I hope you are all coping okay during this lockdown and are staying safe and well. Just a reminder that all upcoming appointments until we hear an announcement about reopening are unfortunately cancelled. ... As I was supposed to be away on holidays last week I had no bookings that have been affected and I would have been starting back at work today, so as usual I'll be in touch with everyone who has missed out on their appointment once an announcement is made. 06.01.2022 UPDATE Apologies it's taken a bit to post this and to everyone who has sent messages I haven't replied to yet, it's been a pretty rough 48 hours since Sunday's announcement. So for those that are unsure it's looking like the beauty industry will still be closed down until at least the 23rd November ... I'm simply just devastated by this, that date is just still so far away Let's hope case numbers go down quickly and this date is re-evaluated! So my apologies once again for anyone with appointments coming up that can't go ahead. I will be in touch with everyone once we get a confirmed opening date. I miss you all and take care Alison

This 1 hour of pampering includes...... - Foot and lower leg massage - Hand and arm massage - Neck and shoulder massage - Scalp massage (optional warm oil hair treatment add on) $70 or $80 with added hair treatment! Appointments available Tuesday - Friday only during October (maybe extended depending on restrictions) Feel free to use gift vouchers towards this treatment. 04.01.2022 Great news yesterday with the mask ruling to be lifted from 23rd November to allow for facial treatments and lower face waxing!! As a lot of you may know facials are my absolute favourite treatment to perform so I'm VERY EXCITED to start treating you all again If anyone who I haven't yet contacted would like to book please send me through a message with your availability from 24/11. ... CHRISTMAS APPOINTMENTS With Christmas coming up very quickly if you haven't already made your booking please let me know. Currently it's fully booked from 15th December until Christmas but there is still availability from now until 12th December! This year I will be closed for a few weeks to complete a few house renovations (which I'll be unable to work while that is happening) and reopening again from 19th January
