21.01.2022 At Alive Hove our menu allows children to explore different flavours and textures of food across a 4 week period. Being able to revisit flavours is an important opportunity as children's palates develop. We acknowledge that for some children trying new foods can be challenging. We encourage you to have a look at this webinar to help develop some practical tips to help fussy eaters at meal times.

Together with McAuley Community School, educators and children at Alive Hove are wearing their pjs in support of The Pyjama Foundation. The children also enjoyed some stories with learners from the Year 5/6 neighbourhood. What beautiful connections we are creating!

Co-located with McAuley Community School, our children have the opportunity to be involved in the McAuley Community School community and have access to the resources of the school. 04.01.2022 Today, Wednesday 2 September, is Early Childhood Educators Day. This is a day for us to say 'thank you' to our amazing educators. We are incredibly proud of each of our educators. Our educators are highly qualified specialists in early childhood education who design positive learning experiences for the children at Alive. They are memory-makers and life-changers. To all our educators, thank you for the passion you bring to Alive. We are so grateful for the care you have for ...the children and each other, the kindness you show and the energy you bring every day. 01.01.2022 At Alive Hove we are always looking at ways to connect with our community. We are very excited to have Ella and Grace, students from Sacred Heart College , spending time with us completing their placement hours for their Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care. Ella and Grace are actively involved in the children's learning and daily routines with guidance from our wonderful Alive educators. Ella and Grace are completing 40 hours with our youngest learners during Term 3 and will also spend 80 hours with our learners aged 2-5 years during school holidays. We hope to make a variety of connections throughout the year with Sacred Heart College.
