Personally, Ive witnessed all kinds of direct effects such as stress-reduction, instantaneous reduction in pain, improved overall wellness and other therapeutic benefits. When there is a conflict between our Inner Heart Wishes and what is actually being manifested by their Outer Head Brian Mind, i.e. lack of integration between head and heart. This lack of integration between head and heart results in tight physical bodies. muscular and back pain, and stress filled lives. To combat and explain this phenomena, I have found the following Iceberg Analogy to be useful. To treat it, I have established what I call my Head to Heart Integration Service.
