18.01.2022 How’s your side plank going?? Don’t worry if this week felt like a drag. Some of us kept the momentum going during lockdown, some of us decided to let the body rest. Wherever you’re at, remember consistency is key. Next week we will change our timetable slightly to open up more classes. Our decision to ease back into post COVID life was personal. We realise this isn’t what everyone has done, and know it won’t suit everyone but we are so happy that the week was manageable and calm. Piece by piece we will continue to grow. Like anything worthwhile, it’s worth the wait. #aliveyogapilates

09.01.2022 1 WEEK TO GO! Finally we are back into the studio. We have been getting plenty of emails, DMs and phone calls asking about the policy on masks. We are following government guidelines and asking our clients to wear into the studio for the time being. If these means we can stay open, let’s do it! Melbourne have recorded another day of zero cases so here’s hoping we are on our way to some normality and life as we knew it. If you’re busting to get back into see us, grab a Tr...iple Pass ( 3 passes for $49) and get booking. Our other passes are available, as usual. At this stage no memberships will be available. We are hoping to get back on track in the new year! Hooray! We have some sight changes to classes which we are super excited about ! 08.01.2022 Alive Flow is a fresh take on our previous class Level 2 . We are aware that lockdown 2.0 has been loooong, and that not everyone has been on a fitness mission during this time. Alive Flow has been designed with YOU in mind. Think creative, challenging but also plenty of variation to make sure you aren’t feeling like you are way out of your depth. Particularly first week back. Teachers will incorporate props such as the magic circle, toning balls and hand weights into each class so each little muscle can be flexed and lengthened. There will be an Alive signature stretch and flow to begin and complete each session to make sure you feel more energised than when you came in. We have so much to look forward to. 07.01.2022 See you tomorrow! This afternoon some of our Pilates teachers came together to jump back on the reformer. Like you, we haven’t been on one for a while so it was good to feel the familiarity of these beautiful machines. We know that getting back into any form of exercise is going to be a challenge. We understand. So no matter what stage you’re at, we are here to help. Don’t feel disappointed if some things feel different. Be patient with yourself, and us, as we all tip toe b...ack to our beloved lives. We are all dusting off the cobwebs in some way. Teachers and students alike. Our hope is that it won’t be too long until we are back at full capacity with our beautiful community coming together again. If you haven’t booked in this week yet there are still spaces open. 01.01.2022 Monday is here again! Happy to say that the weekend was busy being social and seeing friends! Some more restrictions have been eased meaning we can have 12 people in Pilates now, 18 in yoga and 12 in Barre. We also don’t need a mask outside. Yay! No mask is required while exercising either.. Our new Yoga mats and Hygiene reformer mats have arrived and are in studio for sale now!
