25.01.2022 Our educators enjoyed a lovely staff wellness night at the centre last night, with the inspiring Christina. It was great learning about dottera essential oils. We then had a lovely yoga and meditation session with Helen from Marigold yoga. Thankyou ladies it was a wonderful night and we all left felling refreshed and relaxed.

23.01.2022 Tomorrow afternoon we will be having a bake sale to raise funds for the walk for Autism!! Our amazing educators are ready for the 8 day challenge to reach 10,000 steps and raise much needed funds to support people on the autism spectrum. All items will be a gold coin donation we would love your help to reach our goal of $500. So far we have reached $340 and we need your help :) If you would to donate on line Please see below link Thankyou everybody for your support.

23.01.2022 On Wednesday 20th we ask families to participate in raising money for Uniting Care .. Donations and money raised goes directly to local Uniting Care organisations to help them provide practical support to Australians in need including those without a home, people living with disabilities, vulnerable children and adults, older people and families in crisis. For our children the day is about making and cooking pancakes and of course getting to eat them ! but the bigger picture for this cause can help families in the community that are in need. We will discuss why we donate and have a special event so our children gain an understand however the majority of the day will be your donation. We ask that a gold coin donation is placed in a jar provided in the foyer. Thank you in advance for your support.

The Lighthouse is an awesome natural indoor play centre where the children can enjoy the outdoors, indoors! When joining up at Alkimos Beach Early learning you will also receive a three month membership, for free!

She will shave all her hair off to raise money for The Leukemia Foundation which supports families affected by blood cancer and raises money that goes towards research, that hopefully, one day will rid us of this devastating disease. 11.01.2022 **BOOK SALE** Join us at Alkimos Beach Early Learning for our book sale. All books are a gold coin donation and proceeds go towards the Indigenous literacy foundation. All public are welcome today and tomorrow only.

10.01.2022 Help us raise money for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation and support our remote communities. We will be hosting a book swap in support of the Indigenous Literacy Foundation! How does it work I hear you ask.... well let me tell you.......... We are asking our families to donate a book, or books, that your little one no longer reads, or you feel would be a great book to add to a book sale. At the end of September, once we have a great collection of books, we will host a book sale in the reception area of the centre and for a gold coin donation you will be able to purchase a book! All proceeds raised will be donated to the Indigenous Literacy Foundation who buy books and help improve literacy within remote communities in Australia.
