12.01.2022 We’ve had a busy couple of weeks. Derek started as a new maintenance plumber and gas fitter. He has many years of experience under his belt and has fit right in to the team. Nathan left us to pursue his own dream. A great team member and an integral part of our growth over the past 15 months.... Sharlene started as a part time administration officer, she has already brought so much expertise and knowledge to the office. Bobby started this week, we are excited to give him his first opportunity to work as a plumber and gas fitter in Australia. Lastly, today was the last day for our VA team (Danni and Samara) from @leaveittomeservices They did a fabulous job of taking care of our calls, work orders and scheduling over the last 6 months and were a real asset in our growth process. 08.01.2022 Well, let me set the scene. Yesterday evening was like a scene from The Exorcist in our downstairs toilet.....drilling a small hole to hang a blind...water fir...ing out with my husband on a ladder, hand over the hole, shouting Trace!!!!! Water off and now drenched we looked for a local plumbing company to help us. ALKIMOS Plumbing and Gas answered our call promptly and arranged for assistance early the next morning. They would have come out there and then but we could manage a night with no water. First a text was sent notifying us SAM would be attending in an hour and he arrived on time at 7am sharp (great from a point of security). What a polite, respectful chap SAM was. He was efficient and respectful of our home. He even made a great job of cleaning up after the minimal disruption. We were so happy, we arranged for another call to sort out a drain we have not gotten around to clearing. Very reasonable cost and cannot praise this company enough.
