25.01.2022 In case you missed 7NEWS Perth last night, Brett Weinbrecht from the Alkimos Beach and Alkimos Vista Sales Centres took extraordinary actions last week to administer first aid on a 7-month old baby who was choking. He was working at the Alkimos Beach Sales Centre at the time. Just a few months prior, Brett had received first aid training as part of our partnership with Surf Life Saving WA. All residents of Alkimos Vista an Alkimos Beach receive access to BeachSAFE programs FR...EE of charge, including Provide First Aid (HLTAID003), SurfBabies & SurfKids. Learning these vital skills could help save the life of a family member, friend, colleague or a complete stranger. The next Provide First Aid (HLTAID003) course is on Saturday 27 June. 17.01.2022 JUST ANNOUNCED | $25k HomeBuilder Extension The Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) has today welcomed news that the Federal Government's $25k HomeBuilder scheme in WA has been extended from three to six months. This means that HomeBuilder applicants now have six months from the date of contract to commence house construction to be eligible for the $25k federal grant.
