23.01.2022 Another Happy Customer ! Here is another recently completed Granny Flat, where we designed and built the Granny Flat for the Client to make use of some dead space in the yard that was not being used. The Granny Flat was a tight fit but it is a Maximum allowable size of 60 Sqm. Once it was complete and seprately fenced and landscaped both the Main house and Granny Flat have full privacy. Some of the inclusions in this Granny Flat are as follows 2.6m High Ceiling, Separate E...lectricity Meter, Separate Water meter, Shower over bath combo, 450 x 450 mm Tiles throughout, Ducted range hood and Weather Tex Cladding, Powerful 5 kw Reverse cycle Split Ac Unit., Built in Mirrored Wardrobes, Polyurethane Soft close Kitchen with 20 mm stone bench top, Termite treated Frames and Trusses for added security and Floor to ceiling tiles in the Bathroom. Fly-screens to all windows and sliding doors. The owner had the Granny Flat rented as soon as it was completed. The Landscaping and Fencing was also completed by All About Granny Flat. While we were there we also constructed a New Garage for the main house and renovated the main houses bathroom for the Client. 12.01.2022 The Termite protection collars have been installed today at Camden. This prevents Termites from entering the house through penetration in the slab that are required for drainage. Another Termite barrier will be installed around the perimeter of the slab once the concrete is poured next week. All About Granny Flats also only install T2 Treated Frames and Trusses for extra protection at no additional cost

08.01.2022 Here are some progress photos of Camden today. The site was benched, footings dug and the formwork and steel work was completed, 30t of excess soil was also stock piled for pick up. The job is now ready for the concrete to be poured tomorrow. Great job from New Oz Concreting and Casey from Champion Excavator. Its a big job. 60sqm Granny Flat and a 40 Sqm Double Garage with Workshop.
