24.01.2022 When yor feeling flat and just don't know what to do. Have no motivation to go to the gym. Well stay in the warmth of yor home and simply do some sit ups on yor lounge room floor. Try 20 x sit ups ( any type you like ) 10 x push-ups & 10 x body squats. Before you know it, you've warmed yor body up, feeling better about yorself and low and behold you decide to do multiple sets of just that. Try 5 sets. It will take about 10 mins and you will have completed 100 sit ups, 50 push ups & 50 body squats. Woohoo... well done
