24.01.2022 It has been a hard week, today one of our beautiful Pallative ladies moved on I promised her I would take her home so she could move on from there pain frees and surrounded by love and I was only able to grant this wish due to my wonderful sub contractors I am so grateful for each and every one of them that worked around the clock with me to achieve this for her, a sad day but we hold our hearts up high as miss J fly’s free

My job, match the clients to carers, find suitable reliable independent support workers to fill the clients needs, one that will work within the clients times and needs over what a company says they can have at an hourly rate that is fair to both carer and client to maximise the available support hours client can access rather just charging top dollar cause we can. We work together to suppo...rt the client allowing us a good work life balance and the client a group of reliable caring flexible support workers that work together to provide the best care. Our group includes some highly trained and experienced staff, nurses and some with only a little experience. We are looking to add another member to our team, if ure one of those special caring workers that is over not being able to support the clients the way they need to be supported and have an ABN plus CURRENT blue card, police check cpr, first aid and insurance then you could be the right fit for one of our Burpengary clients, we have day shifts available but you will need to be able to do sleepovers and weekends if needed every now and then. We have trained independent support workers available for all aspects of in home support including Pallative care and community access, we are based on the north side of Brisbane. The benefits of using us is in the name, it’s all about you, the client. We work together to provide the best possible support delivered with care. Dealin...g with a number of independents can be hard, contracts, invoices, communication between staff, at All About You Disability that’s all handled for you, I look after the rosters, train the staff, make sure the shifts are filled by staff you approve and want to receive support from at a time that suits you. We work within your budget to maximise the amount of support you can receive over charging the max because ndis says we can.
