25.01.2022 *KFM 4 week Body Blitz* Similar to our popular bootcamp but with a new and improved format. The new round of the body blitz will be starting this coming Monday the 5th at 6am here in our fitness studio. This program will last 1 month and will cost $80, with the option of Direct Debit being available weekly. The program runs in a 4 week block and gives participants access to 5 weekly group sessions at either the morning or night time slot all starting at 6. The morning session...s are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and the night sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday nights. If you sing up to the 4 week body blitz you will also gain access to free unlimited supervised sessions in the studio and free nutritional consults. These sessions will be run be our professional and enthusiastic PTs in Brian Finch, Callan Richardson and Andrew Robinson. This is a new page for Kfm fitness in relation to the circuits that we offer as a class usually on Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning and Tuesday and Thursday nights all starting at 6. We are now offering for those of you who want to get a group together and do this workout a special offer. For those who can get a group together we at kfm will allow you to select a time that suits you and we will run the class for you. This will come at a cost of $15 a head for non members and for our members it is included in your membership fee.
