24.01.2022 Ok folks, it’s that time of year again and due to an overwhelming response to my gingerbread houses in previous years I will be limiting them to 30 this year. As usual I will be doing my vanilla marshmallow slabs, my peppermint swirl marshmallow slab, and a new comer this year... gin & tonic marshmallow slab. Prices under each photo

20.01.2022 I had the honour of making this cake for 2 extremely special people in my life who are celebrating their engagement, so in honour of this I have decided to call this cake "Love Locked". The brown side was Belgium chocolate mud cake with a chocolate & sour cherry filling covered in chocolate ganache. The white side is Red velvet cake with a raspberry cream cheese filling.
