03.01.2022 UPDATE FOR ALL BOOKINGS GOING FORWARD Deposits now required for ALL Bookings In the past we didn’t require deposits for party/jumping castle hire We have now made the decision to request a NON REFUNDABLE deposit for ALL Bookings ... Deposits can be made by credit card OR Direct deposit/ Osko This change shouldn’t really affect our clientele but will avoid those few bookings we may get that we find are ‘time wasters’ By booking a castle with us, that is securing that castle exclusive for your use and therefore in turn means no one else can hire it. If you decide to then change your mind and decide you don’t want to hire a castle now and cancel or may have found a cheaper item elsewhere it is highly likely we have turned down other clients / bookings for that castle we saved for you. This in turn means loss revenue Although a deposit is not going to make up for that lost revenue it will fizzle out people who were/are indecisive PLEASE NOTE ALL CURRENT BOOKINGS ALREADY MADE PRIOR TO TODAY 11.8.2020 WILL NOT BE EFFECTED We truly hope this post doesn’t offend anyone and you understand this change Regards Brad and Kimberly All Fun Rides Owners
