19.01.2022 316 stainless tube jacketed branched manifold. We provided a simple and efficient system to a customer by designing,fabricating and installing a hot water jacketed manifold for the transfer of sausage type meat to plate freezers. Every weld was purged then in-house inspected for quality assurance then installed over a weekend so our client could continue their production with no stops involved.

13.01.2022 The fabrication and installation of both galvanised stairs and stainless stairs, the stainless set were made out of a heavy 200x100x5mm 304 stainless RHS which compliments the large area it has been installed in. It has stainless handrails and FRP tread. That Galvanised set also has FRP treads and the handrails have been galvanised,whip blasted then 2 pack safety yellow over the top.

12.01.2022 The delivery and installation of a brand new Stainless steel hopper. This is fabricated from 5mm 304 stainless plate and will have a 385mm diameter 12mm thick mild steel screw installed. Capable of shifting 200tonne of product per day this has been fabricated to handle the job!
