23.01.2022 Today I attended a blocked sewer in Bullaburra. Unfortunately, a large tree root had made its way into the line, and the entire system was backed up (pun intended!) This one was full of tree roots, wet wipes (seriously, dont flush wet wipes!) and other non-sewery bits Please, dont delay calling a plumber if you suspect your drains or pipes are blocked. 19.01.2022 Today I was called out to this home in Springwood to fix their sewer pump. The vacuum truck couldnt extract the contents of the tank due to a cracked elbow pipe. We located the crack, replaced the pipe, and let the vacuum truck do its thing Happy days

17.01.2022 This is old fashioned ingenuity at its best We were called in to clean this large flue at a commercial laundry. Years and years of lint build-up were making the dryers inefficient. Cleaning a flue is normally a straightforward process BUT this one was several meters long and had *two* bends ... Our normal flue cleaning methods wouldnt do, so we engineered a special bendy-flue-lint-attracting-device from a bucket lid and a hand full of cable ties (is there anything a cable tie cant do?! ) And it worked a treat! It turns out the gas company bored their high-pressure mainline through the top of the sewer pipe and tree roots had invaded. ... Can you imagine if the sewer had filled with gas?! 06.01.2022 Last week I was grocery shopping at Woolies, Katoomba. A fellow shopper saw me in my All Mountains Plumbing uniform and asked for my phone number. She said shes had a leaky roof since Christmas! The leak was coming from vent pipe that had lifted up off the roof. I cleaned it up, resealed it, and was out of there in under an hour. Easy done ... If youve got leaks -- no matter how small -- call me before they become big (and expensive) leaks

I located the leak (which was covered with soil, so it wasnt this noisy), repaired it and they were back to their regular bills immediately. Phew!...
