15.01.2022 Rauwolfia is an important medicinal plant of India, aka Indian Snakeroot. Currently setting fruit in sub-tropical Qld. Difficult to propagate unless seed is very fresh. Just love the flower. Low growing shrub to about 0.6m.

15.01.2022 NOT Dandelion. Catsears (Hypochoeris radicata) is similar in appearance to Dandelion and has some uses similar to those of Dandelion. Visual differences in the leaf, but most easily distinguished by flower stem. Catsears is a common weed of the roadside and other disturbed places.
