22.01.2022 FANTASTIC JOB!! by St Joseph's Primary School students who graded on Monday morning! Next week is our last week of term and we invite all students to bring a long a friend or class mate to join them for FREE before school at 8am next Monday morning! We look forward to seeing a few new faces next week!

22.01.2022 All Stars will be resuming personal training 1 on 1 for Term 2 within the current health guidelines. This means conducting sessions outdoors and with minimal eq...uipment & applying strict social distancing. Any equipment used will be sanitised after each use and all necessary precautions will be made to follow all health and safety guidelines. Please view our COVID-19 policy at www.allstarsdefence.com.au/coronavirus-policy. We can still work on our fitness & skills within sessions to a great degree with these limitations. You can expect to work on the following in a general martial arts/fitness based session: Overall General Fitness (Health-Related & Skill-Related) Fundamentals & Basics Technique Kata Drills (solo) Self Defence (solo) Every session is tailored to your goals. The sessions will be different to normal but well planned to ensure you still walk out of the session knowing you have trained hard and improved upon your skills. Location: Melbourne South Eastern Suburbs Outdoors at a park or your house. 16.01.2022 Impressive gradings from all St Josephs Karate students this week. Everyone has improved so much especially on their Kata & Self Defence moves. To celebrate we would like to invite all St Josephs students to join in for FREE next Monday morning at 8am before school. We will be adding extra fun activities & games for the last week of term we guarantee all participants will have fun.

After having a fantastic live karate class via zoom yesterday afternoon, All Stars will be running live kids karate class...es every Wednesday 12:30pm-1:15pm. We are inviting & encouraging all members past and present from ALL clubs nationwide to attend. The classes are for children of all ages and experience levels. Costs (per family): $50 - 5 Weeks SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM! We will be running our full day kids school holiday program this term in the two weeks of the school holidays from: Tuesday 30th June to Friday 3rd July (4 days 9am to 5pm) Tuesday 7th July - Friday 10th July (4 days 9am to 5pm) This of course is only once the state government progresses to Step 2 of the COVID-19 plan. This includes all classes, personal training, courses and school holiday programs. This closure will be in place until we receive approval from the government to re-open. We encourage students to pay term fees to enable us to continue working to provide you with webinar training at least during the short-term.... We are working on providing all our clubs & members pre-recorded videos of our programs. We will continue to keep you updated via the website, Facebook or direct emails on when we will continue regular classes. For those who aren’t receiving our news updates by email please email us today. We wish you and you families to take care and look after each other. Thank you for your ongoing support.
