25.01.2022 Some awesome photos floating out of The Gorge Downwind Championships which is set to kick off in only a few hours time. Race will begin between 12-1pm Pacific Standard Time (5am-6am Australian Eastern Time) Good luck to all the competitors and get out there and rip in

25.01.2022 Well as The Gorge Downwind race counts down it’s time to view the competition. @teneale Teneale Hatton fresh of her Squamish win is ready for a honky tonk battle with Jordan Mercer and The Gorge is set as the perfect arena for this amazing battle. Hatton goes into this race as one of the favourites and with the results she’s been putting out it’s not hard to see why. An amazing engine she’s going to be hard to be beat. @maccahynard Mackenzie Hynard is coming off a 6th in Squamish but with a podium finish on The Hood last year he will be looking for another or better. Macca Mighty Mouse Hynard can tame the most savage of elements and he enters The Gorge a true contender.

22.01.2022 Amazing hit out going on right now between the lead paddlers Austin Kieffer and Kenny Rice, these two are sending it right now. Yewwwwwww

21.01.2022 Molokai 2 Oahu kicks of 3:30am AEST tomorrow morning, so get around it and tune in to cheer on our Aussie contingent. Link to tracking is below http://bit.ly/M2O19

18.01.2022 @briellecooper will be lining up in the @molokai2oahu with every intention of winning this years overall and taking away Harriet Brown’s shot at a 3-Peat. A KNG Champ she knows how to win and will go in a more experienced athlete this year, which is a required asset in these waters. Brielle is a spring chicken but she’s already building a legacy and it would be great to see her add a Molokai victory to this and the scene is set for a cracking women’s race.

17.01.2022 Well Well Well another week and some more races on the schedule starting with The Molokai 2 Oahu Paddleboard Race. This race has an amazing heritage and some Aussie legends to go along with it who have conquered The Channel of Bones. Matt Bevilacqua will be going for four in a row in the unlimited and Harriet Brown will be looking to back up her win from last year and go two in a row. Molokai 2 Oahu is approximately 52km of hopefully hard and fast down wind action with best b...oard paddlers from both Prone and SUP wanting to have their names etched in Molokai folk lore. Race kicks off 3:30am AEST Monday morning with the first paddlers expected to cross around 7:30am AEST. This race has so much Aussie heritage and we will be running through this and more over the course of the week. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=viykja-dEVo

17.01.2022 Well a here we go...... The Gorge Downwind Championships are set to be run over the next couple of days with what could be classed as the best international field outside of The Perth Doctor race. The Hood River is the home of The Gorge Downwind Championships and is well known as one of the top windsurfing and kite boarding destinations on the planet. Only located an hour out of Portland Oregon it is no wonder that with the conditions this amazing area throws up it is one of ...the destinations of choice for any downwind paddler. The scene is set for a cracker of a race. Kenny Rice took out this event last year and clearly loves this time of year walking away with top spot at last weeks Canadian Downwind Championships in Squamish. Cory Hill is also ready to Gorge and was runner up in 2018 and never to be content as a bridesmaid he will be pumped to try get one over Kenny over the next couple of days. Jordan Mercer will also be back at it again this weekend after becoming the only person to ever take out Molokai on both a board and surf ski, not enough has been made of this amazing achievement but it will be interesting to see how Jordan takes to the starkly contrast environment of The Hood River this weekend. We will be following the race through out the week and will deliver updates on what to expect. The race window opens Friday afternoon in Australia and with so many great athletes in attendance we will be rolling through the names in the lead up as anticipation builds. Yewwwwwww time to get around it and Gorge

11.01.2022 Well The Gorge has been run and won and Kenny Rice goes the 3-peat and Think Kayaks are at the top in North America/Canada. In what was an amazing finish in a true Downwind battle between Kenny and local Austin Kieffer Kenny managed to find a late burst of speed and capitalise on a bit of late mishap from Austin. Aussie Cory Hill was finishing quickly and was coming home hard but rounds out the podium in 3rd.... Teneale Hatton has taken out the women’s in a very strong field and we are just waiting on final results. Teneale just continues to prove she is the number 1 women’s Surf Ski paddler in the World right now but there are others nipping on her heels.

11.01.2022 Well it has been a long time but ALL Terrain IS BACK after a long hiatus. This time we have gained some experience and different ideas and we are not going away. We have some big events coming up this week, * Gorge Downwind Festival * IRONMAN Switzerland... and we will be looking to start opening up discussion about the new lay out for this years Kelloggs Ironman Series. Its deep into Winter at the moment so what a time to kick off and before we know it Summer will be upon us with exciting times ahead See more

10.01.2022 Well the Gorge Fest is another day closer and rumours are we are looking at Friday (AUS) for kick off. In the meantime two of our red hot in form racers are ready to rip in. @sammynortz Sam Norton is coming of his first International Podium and this lad can rip in. He’s strong, fast and his fitness is back. He will pile on the pressure at the start and make a lot of people uncomfortable and this can really shake up a race.... @jordanmercer_1 Jordan Mercer threw her hand up in Hawaii in a big way, we already knew that her prowess over a distance is incredible but her versatility as a true water woman is unbelievable. The Gorge will be another test for Jordan but if she gets dialled in it’s going to be an incredible battle up front.

07.01.2022 Fantastic Interview with Jordy Mercer

07.01.2022 What a morning at the Molokai 2 Oahu race in Hawaii which saw the Aussies step up and really continue to have a strong showing. This is such a fantastic race and more young paddlers should be pushing to get over to Hawaii to compete, it’s a fantastic opportunity with great vibe and really embodies what competition is about. Matt Bevilacqua (27) brought the house down, the guy is a beast taking the win by over 12min and we believe he has set a new course record. Bevy now reach...Continue reading

03.01.2022 What a race in @molokai2oahu Congratulations to @harrietbrown on the win and @lizziewelborn in second but these ladies ripped in and put on a show. Hell of a battle with Harriet having the fast finish to edge out Lizzie and get the 3-Peat but what a race. Congratulations ladies, amazing effort.

03.01.2022 3 time @molokai2oahu winner @matt.bevilacqua is primed and ready for another assault on the channel and will go in favourite this weekend. It’s hard to to see where the challengers will come from but the ocean is an unpredictable place and the challengers always come. Bevy has made the race his over the past 3 years and will be looking to make 4 in the unlimited prone, hopefully the wind blows and we see the record get a nudge

03.01.2022 Well what a race that was last week and what an arena The Gorge makes for these athletes to do battle. As always a fantastic job by Carter Johnson and his team in getting this event going and great to see the sponsors supporting such a great event. It was a warm day with light conditions and competitors did push into a reasonable current making for some very tough racing. It was fantastic to see such an amazing Womens field and shows the sport is going from strength to streng...Continue reading

02.01.2022 Fired up for a big weekend ahead and with a strong women’s field so to is Harriet Brown. The people’s champion of Surf Life Saving @harrietbrown tore through for her second Molokai win and now she’s hungry for the elusive 3-Peat. Talented in the runs and with a big engine Harriet is built for to go the distance and is going to be tough to beat I’ve got the Women’s Unlimited bookmarked as the race to watch this weekend so be sure to tune in to @molokai2oahu Monday Morning 3:30am AEST

02.01.2022 It’s a massive time of year when Australia’s best Kayakers get ready to continue a very successful history in the sport and the team Australia has prepared is a ripper. We will begin breaking this down with the focus of @loccytame over the next week and look forward to showcasing these amazing athletes. For now though good luck with the final preparations.
