21.01.2022 Msg from a Member: Stolen from a house on valentine road possibly Friday or Saturday, also smashed some bottles and left rubbish about.

20.01.2022 Community please help. House broken into on Partington cres earlier this week. Possibly Tuesday. The thieves smashed a toilet window but must have been small as the gap is tiny. Stole surf brand clothing , iPad, laptop , alcohol and food, even stayed long enough to cook food on the bbq. Police think they were disturbed because there was an axe taken from inside (with a nice handprint left) right near their shed ready to smash the lock but only left on the ground. ... Made a huge mess in their house too and broke several door frames and window screens trying to get in. Broken glass dumped in the bush near fire station. I am so disappointed for them, they are lovely kind people who mind their own business, and come here often to fish and relax. The letterbox was kicked over and stuff from his yard was stashed under a tree out the front but not taken. Any clues, empty Booz bottles etc you may have seen please let us know. Bottles found at the weedy and other places so far. Police said there was 3 different prints, but 2 had gloves and one didn’t. Any info would be great. Thanks. See more

19.01.2022 Hello Community Kylie Mills here.. writing to give my support & any help I can to the families of our Town in light of some recent shocking news about a school bus driver who has been caught harming a Child. This is truly awful and although no one from our Community has been hurt it has created lots or anger and fear, with good reason. I’m not going to rehash the details but I would like to share some avenues of support & resources for our Families & Children around Child P...rotection, Body Safety & Awareness. Empowering or babies & ourselves is so important and I know our fantastic Community will be on board too. Fear mongering & aggression is understandable, but not helpful - so please keep the comments to how we can help, not how we can add to the stress. Thanks folks. I’ll start with this one from ChildSafe - additional links in comments. https://www.childsafe.org.au/resources/for-parents/

Well I need ...you to share your cockatoo observations so we can increase our collective knowledge of where these beautiful birds are and what they are up to. 16.01.2022 Hi. I own 38 Binningup road. It's a vacant block that has had recent siteworks done. I don't think I'm a grumpy old person by any means but my concern is that young kids are playing on the block, digging and collapsing the sand the slop is nearly 3mt high, I would hate to see someone get injured on the block. I have gathered up all the toys shovels jumpers buckets wood and alsynite sheets and placed them on the kerb. I have put my deck chairs back up top so the block is back to how it was Could the parents of these kids please collect your stuff and take it to the beach and play with it there if sand is what they want to play in. Kindest regards.
