25.01.2022 Amazing class this morning guys. We had about 30 familys on and three preschools from what I could see. Not sure if the vacation Care kids logged in but yeah we reach a huge amount of kids today so Im super stocked. Tomorrows class is for older kids and adults and Friday little kiddies again like today. ... Pls share these class and my group with your friends all around Australia i really want to reach as many children as possible! Thanks for the support everyone

22.01.2022 Hi guys well since we are living in a new world its time I adapted. Here is a #covidsafe class for our preschool aged children that will be run weekly on a Wednesday at 9.30am through the schools as a community Dubbo West Center ! Tanya Andrew and I will post the codes to access this class on a Tuesday. ... Since we cant go to the Centre we will bring the centre to you via zoom. Please share and tag your friends. (Note this is for individual familys to enjoy from there homes) If you are a preschool or childcare who is interested in these types of classes please get in contact with me via Facebook or via phone 0416010748 and I can organise a class for you either in person face-to-face or via zoom. 21.01.2022 Hi guys I just want to thank everyone who has participated in my free online zoom classes and helped me get them up and running over the past 5 weeks. Ive learnt a lot from this time and you guys all played a part in that. As of this week I have a fun new Zoom timetable. To participate you can pay via PayPal or if you are a group i can invoice as per usual if you prefer.... Individuals $5 Groups $60 If paying via PayPal (paypal.me/ZumbawithTracy) send me an email once paid, to [email protected] and i will send you the Zoom Class log in details (please make sure this is at least 30mins at the latest before class is to commence to make sure Im able to get everyone the details, payments can be made in advanced) or if you are paying via invoice please email me so i can also get you the Zoom log in details. 09.01.2022 Im proud to announce that once again AllAbilitiesDanz is Suporting the Stars of Dubbo 2020 This year Im super excited to announce my star. Jordan Primmer or as we call him Jordy. ... I absolutely cant wait to start working on our performance for this years gala event not only Are we hoping to raise a lot of money for the cancer council but we are also hoping to have an absolute blast in the process and with Jordan as a star thats pretty much guaranteed Personally I decided to do this event for the fifth year for two reasons. Reason one I have one of the closest people in the world to me suffering with cancer at the moment and this is the only thing that I can do to help. To my beastie this is for you Reason two I want to highlight how amazing people with a disability are and that they can do everything anyone else can ! Jordan is going to prove that. Below is Jordan story so you can get to know him. We await to ask you to please help us support the cancer council Who do an absolute phenomenal job on the stars a double event with donations or fundraising ideas Denise Dent Dancing with the stars , Dance for Cancer Hi My name is Jordan primmer , Im a fun loving happy go lucky person with a wicked sense of humour, love life and everyone in it , I talk to everyone lol ,I dont let my disability stop me . I have cerebral palsy , epilepsy , a shunt in my head which relieves fluid ,Im hearing impaired, my speech is delayed , I wear hearing aides , I wear bilateral orthotics on my legs which help me walk. I am developmentally delayed , but nothing stops me from having the best time at whatever I do . I love bowling , karaoke , flip out , going out to dinner, riding my bike , playing pool swimming , being with my friends and carers at Westhaven , I love being with my family and my dog Lacey and visiting my brother Josh in Terrigal . Come and support me on 1/5/2020 , 6.30 pm , have fun and enjoy Dancing with the Stars in Dubbo at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and convention centre.

This particular friendship from Marcel and our beautiful Isaac is because of the class that the RSL Club has sponsored. So without the RSLs generosity this friendship wouldnt exist. if you could see how excited they get to see each other. Omg I cant just beautiful ... And its not just these two. I have over amazing people join this class from 4 services and there are friendships everywhere in the room. I feel so blessed I get to be apart of there lives and bring them together. 02.01.2022 Hi Guys, We are at that time again where we are booking classes in for Term 4 2020. Due to COVID-19 we are now able to offer a few different options for classes that is suitable for everyone. Face to face we are still able to offer face to face classes, provided that we are staying 1.5 meters away from participants and everyone in the class is spaced out accordingly (where applicable; schools and preschools are excluded from this).... One on One These classes are ideal for people with autoimmune compromised diseases. These are completely COVID safe as there is only the instructor and the participant in the room. Zoom classes We are able to teach an AllAbilities or Zumba class from anywhere to anywhere in Australia. These classes are clearly the safest option as we are not there teaching face to face, and it eliminates any risk of COVID-19. These classes can be taught with or without props depending on what your centre/facility already has on hand. Classes we are currently teaching via zoom include; - Zumba - Zumba Kids - School Sports - One on Ones - AllAbilities seated - AllAbilities Seniors - AllAbilities Kids If you would like to discuss class prices and availability further, please feel free to call or email me.
