24.01.2022 A few years ago, when started to get back into classical after a 20 yr break. My K.Yairi I use to take to lesson's when 18, great guitar.

19.01.2022 Finally got some time to finish the Strat, a set of Hot 50s pickups, grover tuners,nice trem, a little heavy being an Ash body, almost Les Paul weight, never liked light weight guitars much, so don't mind. May keep, may not, will see.

16.01.2022 The vintage frets on this Strat just makes it hard work to play, skinny and low have to go. So will refret it with some tall med/jumbos once I've cleaned the slots out. The difference in feel is huge, cool guitar too. Back in your hands next week Warwick, it'll be good.

06.01.2022 The Green Machine, a happy guitar again. Absolutely no hum, silent with the shielding, plays great with the new frets in, no more fingers sticking to the fret board, job done.

05.01.2022 80 yr old Mandolin, the action was out of control, like 20 mm at the neck join, unplayable. Took the neck off and shaved the heel, also the bridge by 5 mm, a lot better now. Grandma can do some gigs again.
