Yet through all of this uncertainty the pandemic has given us time to reflect, spend time with family and recommit to our beliefs and values. The New Normal will absolutely provide us with many challenges but business owners need to embrace these challenges as opportunities to reinvent themselves and the way they engage customers and empower their employees. 14.01.2022 Resilience is Key This morning QANTAS announced a 20% reduction in its Company workforce. 6000 staff will need to remember they have done nothing wrong, they are valued, have skills and in time will find new opportunities for personal growth.
