24.01.2022 Before and after the before picture shows poor tiling, poor grouting and inappropriate use of silicone on perimeters. When removing silicone from perimeters large amounts of water came through (failed perimeter) this took three days to dry out before the job could be completed. Our main goal is to ensure the integrity of wet areas, and to stop and prevent any further leaking. This was achieved within this job through de-grout, re-grout using epoxy grout. Very grateful clients as this leaking compromised other areas of the house. I will be enjoying the lovely bottle of vintage premium shiraz which was graciously gifted to me by these very appreciative clients.
