25.01.2022 Overhead barbell press. Keeping that front abdominal area squeezed nice and tight. Quads and glutes squeezed and kept tight. Big breath in on the way down and massive breath out on the way up whilst trying not to fold up like an accordion. Working on getting stronger with this movement. 85 x 4 reps x 4 sets. Feeling it now.

09.01.2022 Guess who's baaaaaaaack. After getting through what in the end was discovered to be dengue fever and not viral meningitis like first diagnosed. Apparantly hospitals don't do blood tests now and only GP's do. (But that's a whole different topic for another day) Nearly 4 weeks of not being able to drive, 6 weeks of not training, feels extremely good to be doing again one of my loves in life. Health is wealth people. Have a great and safe weekend everyone. Lot's of love
