23.01.2022 UPDATE - WATERPLAY POSTPONED Due to a delay in water quality testing by the City of Wanneroo, Waterplay is postponed until further notice. WATERPLAY IS BACK ... The warmer weather is here and what better way to cool off than summer splashes at Kinkuna Park’s Waterplay! From Saturday, November 7th Waterplay will be active daily between 8am to 6pm for all to enjoy. So come on down and enjoy one of the many #happinessbuiltin features at Allara Estate

22.01.2022 FREEWAY USERS! A third lane on the Mitchell Freeway southbound from Hodges Drive to Hepburn Avenue is on its way. Once complete this project will ease congestion and improve safety for up to 51,000 daily Mitchell Freeway users. This is just one of many important and exciting infrastructure projects planned for our northern suburbs.

13.01.2022 Just moments ago, Premier Mark McGowan announced that the WA State Government will make welcome changes to WA’s Building Bonus Scheme which will see deadline extensions made to the titling of land and home construction commencement. Whilst building contracts still need to be signed by 31 December 2020 builders now have twelve months to commence construction on site. The construction industry is one of Australia’s leading employers, and it is great to see the state and feder...al governments recognise this and work together to support the industry. Don't put your home building dreams on hold any longer! The process of applying for available grants and getting a signed building contract can be lengthy, so you will need to act fast to secure your house and land before 31 December 2020.
