24.01.2022 I caught sight of myself in the mirror this morning and I was the exact image of the posture on the left...needless to say, I instantly 'straightened up' but I know that there is more to it than just correcting my form. Those pesky muscles in my back/ neck need to be strengthened and my opposing muscles (in my chest) need to be stretched! Let me know if you want some easy exercises to start working on your posture and look closer to the image on the right!!! If nothing else, a better posture makes me look a few kilos lighter
