10.01.2022 We have a fair few new little ones starting lessons in January Here is a little help sheet for a great first lesson. Other hints and tips ... For young children 2-3years old experiencing their first lesson with out a parent parents should wear cozzies underneath in case you may have to sit on the edge of pool to comfort them (don’t let them know you have the swimwear underneath) our trained teachers will do all they can to calm them first Be consistent, try to where possible attend all lessons as this instills a routine in your child which will help in helping them become comfortable in lessons quickly
