19.01.2022 The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all of us, and left many struggling to cope. There are many helpful strategies that can help us cope with stress, anxiety or distress. Alleviate has partnered with Joan Koskela from Living Wisdom to provide subsidised counselling sessions. One hour of counselling will only cost $10, and Alleviate will cover the rest of the fee.
