25.01.2022 It seems I have spent my life accidentally finding ways to raise my vibration. There are so many things pulling our vibration down. Thoughts we have learned to have about ourself, chemicals in our food, toxins around us, others with low vibration, negativity and much more. I find myself talking with people about ways to raise vibration and have decided to bring the discussion online. This thurs 7.30pm join me on zoom to talk about keeping our vibration high. There are some si...mple tools you can use in each moment of your day no matter what is happening around you to be in control of your vibrational state and therefor how you feel. We often do it the other way around. I will also be chatting with you about the roll Young Living Essential oil have more recently had in helping with this. Register to at https://www.stickytickets.com.au/T27W8 or https://www.facebook.com/events/175304000535610/. Of course there is no charge as it is just like minded people coming together to chat about topic of interest. Invite friends along . I have been enjoying connecting with others this way during this period of reduced contact #raisingvibration #lookafteryou #younglivingoils #feelinggood #healthandwellbeing #thoughtsmatter

24.01.2022 Serving delicious organic @delanocoffee and having fun experimenting with making our own oat milk. So many of you have been asking for oat milk and we won’t get it. Why? Because there is NO oat milk available in Australia that does not contain industrial seed oil or vegetable oil. Both of these are extremely harmful to the body, causing inflammation among other things. We have been working on refining our recipe to create a house made oat milk with no nasties, just like our almond milk. After all it is all about healthy swapping so you can have anything you want the healthy way. We have been offering a small amount and after a thumbs up from those who have had it we will be offering it more permanently starting next week - YAY! #cleaneatingrecipes #oatmilk #nutrientdense #yum @ All Good Things Cafe
24.01.2022 What is fast food? This was pretty fast but filled with way more nutrients than the other kind. I am pretty confident to say this took less of my time than calling to get take out delivered (and that includes cleanup). I put the lamb shoulder in oven before bed last night on 80 degrees. I didn’t even add anything to it. Got it out at 5pm this arvo and turned the oven up to add potato tossed in sumac to roast. After half an hour threw in some sliced Brussels sprouts and zucch...ini Also tossed in sumac. Got it all out, put on a plate and there is my 5 star fast food meal. Even had some nutrient dense bone marrow . My choice of fat to cook in was ghee and I even made a fast food desert. Swipe across to see my pear sautéed in butter and a splash of maple syrup and cream. All ingredients are full of nutrients, have no crap and are available one stop at the cafe. 21.01.2022 It’s getting cooler and so the soups are coming out . Of course it is all about good quality, organic and chemical free ingredients that fuel our body and create wellness. For vegans we make soups full of organic veggies veggies and fat from coconut oil for frying and coconut milk to make it creamy. For those who fuel themselves with animal products, this one is for you. Grass fed and finished meat from local @maugersmeats (we also stock in store). The bones were... still attached and not cut down meaning more nutrition and broth in the soup. See our story or highlights for cooking instructions. Braiths are do healing for the gut and right now most of us can do with that. Let’s get our guts healthy again as that fixes most other things including our mental state. We had this pea and ham soup for dinner last night and it is delicious. This soup is available fresh at the cafe this weekend and we are freezing some for your take home meals. Great idea for Mum so she doesn’t have to cook tomorrow night #peaandhamsoup #organic #nutrientdensefood #mealformum #mothersdaygiftideas #selfcare #healthygut #guthealthmatters See more

20.01.2022 YOU ARE AMAZING! That is the message I want to send out to all the Mum’s. It’s the hardest job in the world by far. I have so much respect for every Mum. The best gift a Mum can receive is appreciation (and maybe a Peanut Cup or Loco Love). Let all the Mums out there know they are appreciated, and if you’re a mum spend some time today looking after you . Have nutrient dense thoughts which means lots of love and kindness AND if you would like some nutrient dense treats to go along with that, we are open today from 9am to 3pm. 18.01.2022 There is ALWAYS going to be things going wrong and things going right, this is a given. There are times it is more one way then the other and other times it just seems that way because of what we are focussing on. It can be easy to fall into a pattern of noticing all the things going wrong in your life, big or small and this is not a great experience for anyone. Sometimes, if you are a perfectionist you may search for what is going wrong just so you can fix it and be scared... of focussing on what is going right in case you miss the problems that need to be fixed. I have found a way better way of being, and experience to be had, is to notice what’s wrong so it can be fixed but seek out, find and focus on what is right. This means you get to fix any problems no fuss while the experience you have is more on the good side. What do you think? Give it a try and share how it goes :) For more of these sort of posts follow me @live_love_nourish #focusonwhatsright #wellnessthatworks #healthymindhealthybody #feedthesoul #changeyourthoughts #takebackcontrol

15.01.2022 Is it really June already??? It was 2 years this week since Matt and I purchased All Good Things Cafe. We planned some birthday celebrations but they got lost somewhere with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Does any one else feel like they wake up Monday morning, blink and it’s Friday arvo. Not this Monday. This Monday the team at All Good Things are off. Sleeping in, walking in the beach, probably not sipping on coffee - or maybe we will take advantage of having an in house barista . We are open Saturday and Sunday and we wish you the very best Monday. Take in every moment and breathe, love, laugh and eat. See you Tuesday. #sleepin #restup #publicholidaytrading #enjoymonday

11.01.2022 ***SPECIALS FOR THE WEEKEND*** We have been trialling and coming p with new great healthy swaps this week. For two years we have wAnted to create a new banana bread and we finally did it. I am assuming it’s a winner due to the fact we sell out so quick. Word is spreading. Sweetened with raw honey and housemade organic apples makes it a great treat option and it’s gluten free. Have Aw is or toasted with cultured butter. After much trialling we are making our own oat milk th...at is amazing in coffee. It contains some nuts to replace the veggie oils in all other oat milk available. Our pea and ham soup is back as is the chicken pot pie Next we created a great Winter Wellness hot drink. We use blended tumeric, ginger, lemon zest and lemon juice (all organic of course) and add to hot water. You can add honey but it’s yum without. Great way to keep up good immunity. Finally, we are pumping up our hot chocolates with a Young Living Essential oils and our house made almond milk. Choose between peppermint or Jaffa using orange essential oil. Of course we have all the usual yummies Have an awesome weekend. #healthytreats #wholefoods #winterwellness #tumeric #ginger #lemon #peaandhamsoup #pastured #organic #nutrientdense

10.01.2022 How often do you think - or worry - about what might go wrong? It seems to be way more common to think in detail about what can go wrong than thinking in detail about what can go right. Both are using the imagination and both lead to the body creating chemicals. One set of chemicals lead to you feeling good and the other lead to you feeling bad. How often does what we worry about actually happen? And if it does happen has worrying about it helped in anyway? Let’s create the good feeling emotions by thinking the thoughts that lead to that. What if you spend the day thinking in detail about everything that can go right? It doesn’t mean it will but it does mean you get to feel good along the way and probably handle the bumps from a way better space. #well-being #worrynomore #happyvibes #happymindhealthybody #wollongongcafe #peacefulmind
09.01.2022 Are we ready to start dinning in again. I’m not sure how I feel about going back to ‘normal’. Would love to hear your thoughts. There are certainly some things I want to stay the same as they are now. Like more family time, slower pace and more time focusing on what’s really important rather then rushing around doing what’s not. I am looking forward to seeing you all gathering together at the cafe and making connections with each other again. I realize everyone is having a di...fferent experience and although we are all in the same storm we are not all in the same boat. Below is a beautiful poem I found that puts this all in perspective. I heard that we are all in the same boat, but it’s not like that. We are in the same storm, but not in the same boat. Your ship could be shipwrecked, and mine might not be. Or vice versa. For some, quarantine is optimal. A moment of reflections, of re-connection, easy in flip-flops, with a cocktail or coffee. For others, this is a desperate financial and family crisis. For some that live alone, they’re facing endless loneliness. While for others it is peace, rest, and time with their mother, father, sons and daughters. With the $600 (US) weekly increase in unemployment, some are bringing in more money to their households than they were working. Others are working more hours for less money, due to pay cuts or loss in commissioned sales. Some families of four just received $3400 from the stimulus package, while other families of four saw $0. Some were concerned about getting a certain candy for Easter, while others were concerned if there would be enough bread, milk, and eggs for the weekend. Some want to go back to work because they don’t qualify for unemployment and are running out of money. Others want to kill those who break quarantine. Some are at home spending two to three hours a day, helping their child with online schooling, while others are doing the same on top of a 1012 hour work day. Some have experienced the near death of the virus, some have already lost someone from it, and some are not sure if their loved ones are going to make it. The rest in comments #weareinthistogether #itwillallbeok #lookafteryou #truth

04.01.2022 How often do you connect to you? Actually check in with how you are feeling about something, take notice of what the little voice inside is telling you or take the time to let yourself know what a good job you are doing? There is so much external noise at the moment, so much information from all directions that it can be easy to forget our inner world. We all have an innate wisdom within us. Our bodies know what they need and what to do in any situation. What to eat, when ...to sleep, when to be active or when to rest. We just need to listen to our own body because what someone else’s body needs at any time will be different to what yours needs at that time. Sometimes we can get so busy looking for answers outside, listening to others advice or opinions when all we need to do is tune in and listen to ourselves. It is great to seek information if we then go within ourselves and feel what feels right for us and recognise that even this can change from day to day or moment to moment if we keep listening. How to tune in to you can be as simple as sitting quietly and listening. At first when you do this you may hear a lot of noise and feel frustrated but do it regularly and you will start to hear, you will be able to connect with your own innate wisdom. No one knows what you need better than you. We just need to learn how to listen and this comes with practice. Practice being quiet and sitting in that quiet. #connecttoyourself #yourbodyknows #lovingyou #innatewisdom #beingyourself #healthandwellness
04.01.2022 Curiosity is an interesting thing. I have been curious my whole life and while it has caused me drama at times, being curious has mostly served me well. Exploration is how all good things are found. Exploration sometimes leads to finding out what you don’t like but that is a great way to get clear about what you do like. I have always asked ‘why’why is this good for me, why isn’t it? What happens when I think this thought and what happens when I don’t? For me curiosity ...has become about exploring as many different views as I can and then sitting with all the information and feeling what feels right for me. When it comes to food, I have had times where green juices where right and then they weren’t, high fat and then not and then on again. Each time I tried something new I expanded my experience and knowledge base and this has been in more areas than just food. Unfortunately, I have noticed more and more lately that we are encouraged NOT to ask questions, NOT to expand our experience and only to believe what we are supposed to believe. This is is NOT healthy. I encourage everyone to EXPLORE where ever you can and what ever you can. Listen to all different views and thoughts on any topic, EXPAND yourself to finding it all and then sit with the information you find, feel it and choose the EXPERIENCE you want. #explore #askquestions #believeinyourself #nourishthemind #expandyourthinking #loveyourmind #trustyourself #wellbeing

02.01.2022 Copied from a post: I don’t care what your stance is on vaccines. I think we can all agree that: 1. Vaccine manufactures should not be protected by law if your ...child is dead or injured from their product. 2. If there is a risk, their should always be a choice. 3. Pharmaceuticals do not belong in politics. Period. 4. Pharma should not be be allowed to donate millions to people making rules and regulations about our healthcare. 5. Pharmaceuticals should not be allowed to spend more money on advertising than they do on research and development. 6. Our government does not own our children or us. 7. Our media should not make over 50% of their profits from pharma. 8. The same people who study and approve vaccines should not be allowed to have patents in vaccines or any products they are approving. If you agree with this, that doesn’t mean you are anti-vax. It means you are against corruption. You can still vaccinate and know that this corruption shouldn’t be acceptable. Saul Pressman.
