19.01.2022 A customer called to say the electric hot water unit kept turning off mid use, after a few tests found the element was drawing the incorrect amps and would need to be replaced. Discussed with the customer the options and decided to replace it with a gas instantaneous hot water unit, altered the pipework to suit its new location and unit is working great.

18.01.2022 We were called out to a drainage issue, after finding the issue we managed to pull this massive root build up out of the drain and replaced the damaged section of drain pipe. We also camera inspected the rest of the drain for possible issues and found everything all good. The customer is now very happy that its not going to block up over the weekend again.
