23.01.2022 [The development of children's feet] Children's feet differ from those of adults, as they are not yet fully formed. At 6 months of age the foot is still mostly cartilage, in fact the last bone doesn't begin until children are about 3 years old. By the time we turn 18 the bones have fully matured: http://ow.ly/Uu4H3003ZSX

20.01.2022 Ryan and Finnigan had the pleasure of joining some family friends for their annual salami making day. According to Ryan one of the best days he has ever had. It will be a long 12 months waiting for their rewards. Ryan will just have to preserve some olives, make some marmalade, harvest some honey, build a pool......

20.01.2022 A new month brings new opportunity to set your goals for the months ahead. And too often, people jump right in causing injuries and human nature tells us to push through it in the hope that it will resolve itself and eventually disappear. But in reality the more you put it off, the harder and longer it can take to fix. Sound familiar? Check out our blog to see how an Osteopath can help: http://ow.ly/XSave

11.01.2022 People need to know what a podiatrist is and how they help relieve your feet and knee pain. A podiatrist is a doctor who specializes in the study of how the health of your feet affect the mental and physical well being. 04.01.2022 Welcome to our family Spencer Joseph Everitt. Spencer was born on 1/6/16 and weighing a nice healthy 3.67kg. Everything went well, not quite as fast as Audrey and Ruben but still only 2 1/4 hours. Finnigan was delighted to have another little brother, even if he isn't yet a fan of the name. Audrey had "a moment" when told we had a boy but once she meet him it was all kisses and cuddles. As for Ruben, he can now say Bubba and wants to have lots of cuddles as well. Life is beautiful.

04.01.2022 This little echidna thought that wandering across the Hume Highyway was the smart thing to do??!! Lucky for him/her Ryan, Audrey and Finnigan were there to help out. Audrey was just a little bit excited.
