THE ROLE The Community Support Worker will be required to meet with Clients at scheduled times either in their home or within the community. We need some one who has; Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, manage time effectively and complete activities Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated computer literacy skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and email applications Current NSW drivers licence and willingness to drive for work purposes Own reliable vehicle . Essential Criteria: Experience working with or providing care to people with a disability in their homes or within the community. Satisfactory Police check and Working With Children Check Current First Aid Certificate Must have at least a certificate 111 in Disability, Aged Care or relevant to the industry Desirable Criteria: Knowledge and understanding of Work Health and Safety The application will include these questions: Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check?
