01.01.2022 Beautiful sunrise at Victoria Park Lake this morning. For the past few weeks I've been getting up every morning and going for a walk around the lake, its such a refreshing start to the morning and its done a world of good for my mental health. I'll let you all in on a little secret, I've been struggling really badly mentally for the past few years and its shown in all aspects of my life, including my business and especially my health, I was unhappy looking in the mirror and I was exhausted taking photos for longer than half an hour, now I'm bounding out of bed in the mornings and not totally hating what I see when I look in the mirror, and its only gonna get better. This year I plan on focusing on my health and my business and I'm really excited for it all.
