17.01.2022 Food prep day yesterday, yes I know I preach food prep but it does help you eat the right things. The yellow container is roasted veggies (sweet potato, zucchini, eggplant and sun dried tomatoes) all chopped up serve on a bed of rocket with chicken or tuna. The blue container is brown rice, brown lentils and chickpea salad. A zucchini slice and zucchini sultana cake. I hope I've given some ideas for your food prep.

10.01.2022 Next week will be my last week for the classes. I'd just like to inform everyone that the Toogoom exercise classes will now be held by Pam and time will be changing to 1pm.
