Tough is an understatement, working around the clock for no monetary return but knowing I now have all of my clients safely home is a huge relief. Refunds & credits are slowly coming through from airlines, hotels, cruise lines & tour companies for travel over the March / April period. Thankyou for all of the well wishes, FaceTime calls, gifts ( champagne much appreciated! ) and messages that I have received over the pa...st few weeks.
