25.01.2022 Another onsite visit by us. This particular laptop was suffering with Blue Screen of Death. Tricky computer to fault find.... The computer behaves correctly when performing basic tasks, but only when it’s fully loaded behaves irriatically and crashes. It ended up being the second RAM module that was installed by a previous I.T. company that was not 100% compatible with the original first RAM module. The second RAM module was removed and the laptop is now stable and does not crash. Whilst dissembled, we gave this laptop a really good clean. This would improve CPU thermal cooling upto 10 degrees Celsius. Another successful repair

24.01.2022 Microsoft Surface Pro 4 with a smashed . The damage wasn’t bad. Unfortunately it caused problems to the user due to the touchscreen input constantly receiving false left mouse clicks, making the computer hard to use. Not an easy repair as the Microsoft Surface Pro are not made to be easily serviceable. This screen took over 5 hours just in labour alone to remove and replace... Whilst apart, the end user choose to upgrade the SSD from 0.5TB to 1TB with one of the fastest SSD NVME PCI-Express 3.0 drives on the market. Job completed and the end result is good.

We were lucky to source some used office furntiure in good condition and all matchy matchy. ... Coordinated transport for pickup and delivery and provided full assembly onsite. Now having 3 cubical providing workstations equipped with new twin screen pc setups, new Vonex VoIP Yealink T54 phone systems with plenty of power and data wired per workstation. This cubical setup provides alot more room for the employees and also a much quieter office as the partitions provide noise dampening.
