20.01.2022 Laundry Conversion for ambulant access. We’re humbled to work on such wonderful projects with beautiful Clients. Our clients came to Allium Property Group looking to change the original laundry space to incorporate access for disabled and ambulant access to the shower and toilet.... We proposed to extend the space slightly into their existing lounge allowing for a large shower and access into the toilet. Not moving the toilet location was critical as it would have been a high cost situation to modify the plumbing drastically. We cut the slab for new plumbing to the new shower so there was a minimal step. Fixed panel screens with no door, along with elegant grab rails to allow for appropriate nursing care and safe showering of the occupants. With care and understanding we were able to achieve a fantastic result.
