25.01.2022 This house had internal box gutters that were severely rusted with holes appearing in many areas that were holding water over years. All Metal roof plumbing first quoted to just replace the gutters installing them onto new timber gutter supports giving them the correct fall towards the downpipes. We suggested a couple more upgrades to do on the house to the customer and they were surprised with the cost being so affordable. All Metal roof plumbing ended up installing new colo...rbond fascia covers over the old tired timber fascias rotten in all the corners and also arranged to have the entire tiled roof restored back to new and resprayed. Gutter overflows were also installed in accordance with regulations to ensure water will overflow outside of the house in the case of a downpipes or gutter blockage. The customer was extremely happy with the improvements that were done and were happy with the finished look. See more

25.01.2022 Not long ago All Metal Roof Plumbing finished a re roof that was previously a terracotta tiled roof. The terracotta tiles were an odd profile and we're starting to deteriorate. The owner opted to have a new Bluescope steel Colorbond Woodland grey roof installed with 55mm roofing insulation. Not only did we remove to old roof and install the new, We also removed all the old gutters and downpipes which were rusted through in some spots. After removal we installed Colorbond fascia covers to cover up the old timber fascia's and installed new Colorbond gutters and downpipes. The owner also arranged with a carpenter to have a flat roof installed over his front door which we tied in with the new pitched roof. Before photos below

24.01.2022 Here is a before and after loop of a house we re roofed in Mt Eliza. The roof was changed from a tiled roof to a Colorbond Corrugated roof and we also replaced the gutters and installed Colorbond fascia covers.

23.01.2022 This roof was old and starting to rust through in some spots. All Metal Roof Plumbing undertook a complete re roof including replacing all the external eaves gutters. Aswell as replacing the house roof we also replaced the carport roof. The carport roof had inadequate fall and had water ponding due to low spots in the roof. We re battened the roof and gave it compliant 1 degree of fall for the klip lock roof we installed. This carport roof also had the gutters replaced. In a...ddition to these works we also installed switchable down pipe diverters that the customer can switch between water discharge going down the storm water and going into their gardens in summer time. We also fixed the evaporative cooling unit on the roof free of charge while we were up there. The customers (Catherine and Scott Emmett) were happy with their new roof and left some feedback you can see for yourself. 21.01.2022 Next weeks job. This Tiled Roof is going to be transformed into a new Bluescope steel Colorbond Monument roof with new 55mm roofing insulation blanket laid underneath. The house has problematic rusty internal box gutter with tilt fascias. Without spending extra thousands on removing this gutter type and installing external eaves gutters we have suggested to stick with the internal box gutters and fix the problems with the gutters. We will be installing new gutter supports falling the gutters to the down pipe points with adequate fall stopping any water holding. Not only are with re falling the gutters but installing many overflow points so if there is any gutter or downpipes blockages all water will flow out of the overflows and not inside the roof space. We will post up some photos when the new Roof is finished.

21.01.2022 Another Recently finished Re roof we completed. This house frame was in bad shape with cracks in the rafters and dips in the roof in many places. We worked in with Q&J Constructions on this one to get the roof Nice and flat without dips and get it back to being safe. This roof is a Colorbond Woodland grey roof with classic cream Quad gutters. We first arranged the guys at South east constructions and maintanence to replace all fascias, timber cladding and pop up roof window then once they were done we were up to measure and order the new roof to give the house a new and more modern look. After we had finished the painters came through now its looks like a new house. A video will also be posted in a separate post.

21.01.2022 Here is a recent Carport Roof we completed in Frankston. The Roof was rusted through so was in need of a replacement. The owners also decided to extend the frame to allow for a bigger roof. The new Roof was a Zincalume Clip lock Roof with Colorbond flashings. He is the before and after photos.

20.01.2022 We previously mentioned on an earlier post that we were starting a Job for an owner Builder in Dromana that was a little bit more intricate than your standard roof. It was no problem for the team and it all went smoothly. We competed Colorbond fascia and gutters and a corrugated iron roof and all in the timeframe set at the start of the Job. The roof, gutters and fascia were installed in the Colorbond Colour Windspray. The customer Chris and Rob Tyrell were thrilled with the finished job and left some feedback on our page that you can see for yourself.

18.01.2022 Heres an Asbestos Roof replacement All Metal Roof Plumbing completed this week. The Asbestos was removed safely and registered with Work safe as required for all asbestos jobs. The asbestos roof was removed over 3 days and and the new roof sheets and insulation installed over 3 days. We replaced both the house roof and garage roof along with all gutters and downpipes. As these Property owners were on a budget all roofing was installed in Bluescope steel Zincalume with the... flashings all Colorbond to give it the look that the roof in Colorbond from the ground and to match the existing fascia colours. The old garage box gutter was falling the opposite direction to the outlet so we installed new timber gutter supports falling it out to a new rainhead and downpipe. The old Skylight was old and brittle and in need to be replaced. We installed a new Double Glazed skylight which stops the heat coming through to their kitchen. See more

17.01.2022 Another Tile to Metal Re roof we did in Mt Eliza last year. These flat tiles were leaking in many spots as well and the internal gutters had incorrect fall. 17.01.2022 Last week we started Re roof on a old Run down beach house in Bonbeach. We had to liaise with the owner of the property, the real estate agent and the tenant to plan when we could get in to complete the re roof. As this owner wanted this roof done on a budget all roofing materials were installed Bluescope steel Zincalume. Here are the before and after photos.

16.01.2022 This job is the biggest Domestic Roof All Metal Roof Plumbing has taken on with our small team with 806 square meters of roof to install as well as gutters and downpipes. The roof has a steep pitch of 35 degrees which makes the job a little slower and more difficult but still wont be a problem for us. We will be measuring up this job next week to start soon after. This job is a perfect roof to show the art of a colorbond roof which will show in the after photos.

This week we are starting a Job in Mt Eliza for a good Friend of All Metal Roof Plumbing. Clarke Building Projects is undertaking a renovation that involves and second story add on. A new roof for both second story and lower level will be installed aswell and a new garage roof. Stay tuned for some after photos.

08.01.2022 This Job is the most recent Asbestos Re Roof All Metal Roof Plumbing completed. We contracted the removal of the asbestos roofing and wall cladding and installed all Colorbond roof sheeting. As this is a old house with extensions added there was a lot of carpentry involved. The carpenters have built the extensions to work in with the new roof and we have replaced many of the broken battens and any rotted timbers. The customer also had new gutters, downpipes and fascia covers to cover up all the aged fascias giving the whole roof and adjoining timbers look as new. Melissa and Mark were very happy with the finished roof and gutters. They have left some feedback for you to see.

06.01.2022 This is a current Job in Frankston we are in the middle of. We have contracted the removal of the asbestos roofing and wall cladding and installed all Colorbond roof sheeting. As this is a old house with extensions added there was a lot of carpentry involved. The carpenters have built the extensions to work in with the new roof and we have replaced many of the broken battens and any rotted timbers. The customer also had new gutters and downpipes quoted but now wants to do fascia covers to cover up all the aged fascias giving the whole roof and adjoining timbers look as new. We will be posting after photos in a few weeks after the remaining of the renovations and the rest of the works are completed.

03.01.2022 This is an upcoming project All Metal Roof Plumbing is taking on. An old asbestos roof is being removed from the house and garage. A new Bluescope steel Zincalume Monoclad will be installed with 55mm Roofing insulation blanket under the new roof. All perimeter flashings will be installed in Bluescope Colorbond. The new Roof will have a new Double glazed skylight and the old chimney removed and roofed over. ... It will also have new gutters and downpipes installed. 02.01.2022 Here is a Job that still isnt quite finished but getting towards the end. Wanted to test out the new drone for taking photos. This project was for Trecon building group in Blairgowrie and has clip lock roofing for the flat sections, corrugated for the pitched section and we are currently finishing off the Architectural wall cladding in Nail strip. All the materials have been in Colorbond monument. I will post photos of the finished job in a couple of months.

01.01.2022 Heres the finished Re Roof/ Re gutters we started a couple of weeks ago. This was a Tiled Roof with numerous Broken tiles, mortar falling apart and was starting to look very aged. We Removed all the tiles. Installed new hi tensile Roofing battens getting most of the dips out of the roof. Then installed 55mm roofing insulation blanket over the new battens and a New Bluescope steel Colorbond Monument corrugated iron roof. Along with the roof replacement we installed new gut...ter supports giving all the new gutters correct fall towards the down pipe points. After the gutters were installed new cappings and overflow points were installed. Theres some progress photos also added. See more
