23.01.2022 My hubby and I have been had sinus issues since the recent change in weather. Neither of us would be without Eucalyptus Radiata. We have been diffusing it at night, next to the bed, it helps reduce coughing and break up mucus and through the day applyng it directly to the chest & back. It can be used for respiratory/sinus issues and viral infections. Its medical properties include: antibacterial, antiviral, expectorant and anti-inflammatory. Its distinctly fresh aroma is sharp and clean, sparking a sense of refreshment and renewal. It promotes a stimulating and rejuvenating environment anywhere it’s diffused. Can't wait to try all these new products. We've decided to re-vamp this page to share oily tips with you all to help you make the most of your oils. 17.01.2022 This months must have by Sharon Wild : 1) Thieves Hand Purifier Everyone is racing to get hand sanitisers this month. Personally I choose Young Living Thieves Waterless Hand Purifier - I'm using it everytime I leave the home and everytime I touch surfaces in public places. Humans touch their nose and eyes unconsciously throughout the day (and that's how viruses can spread). So use the purifier regularly thoughout the day. ... I choose YL's Thieves Waterless Hand Purifier because it's not only highly effective at doing its job, it doesn't contain any of the nasty chemicals that are in most hand sanitisers - did you know that most supermarket-bought hand sanitisers use triclosan, which is a known hormone disruptor! Thieves Waterless Purifier is available in a small portable size and a large 'refill' size. Get in quick to stockup on these, as they will most likely go out of stock soon due to super high demand. Apply Thieves for kids too - though dilute with olive or coconut oil before using on kids under 8 years old. 5) Thieves Soap - when you're at home - or in workplace bathrooms, use the Thieves Foaming hand soap.

17.01.2022 Who needs some ideas for help sleeping? My daughters go to is Lavender, my sons always use to be lavender too but he's more into Peace and Calming lately and last night I used Lavender & Cedarwood (first night without Kunzea for the mozzies - too cold for them now) which normally works a treat for me but I had a terrible nights sleep last night .. I do have a lot on my mind.. I think I'll do valerian tonight x

13.01.2022 It's so hard to get husbands on the natural household bandwagon or is it just mine? Mine legit tried it on burning those mozzie coils not only INSIDE but in our bedroom at night ah hell no do I want to be breathing in that in my sleep Has he learnt nothing from me? So here's my brilliant alternative: KUNZEA oil! I've been adding a few drops to my diffuser at night and I love it... Kunzea is one of our Australian oils Traditionally used by our indigenous people to soothe irritated skin and muscle tightness (and is in our new outdoor blend lotion) & to repel ticks and other biting insects. Today it is also used in aromatherapy to aid in relaxation and calming (so great in the bedroom at night) & used in skin care (helps with the appearance of blemishes ) Who doesn't need any of that!!
